A little about me
I’m a husband, life consultant, teacher, friend, and lifelong entrepreneur. I started my first business at 16 and haven’t really stopped building since. I also did ministry for 20 years. I’ve worked hard and loved hard. Chased big dreams, and hit more than a few walls along the way. Burnout taught me things hustle never could—and these days, I’m more interested in depth, wholeness, real joy, and meaning rather than just chasing the grind.
For a long time, I fought myself. I carried shame and loneliness. I didn’t know how to name and held onto protectors that once helped me survive. Eventually, I found they no longer served me well and were hurting my life. I didn’t know how to change—or that there were even other ways to be.
I’ve curated a wide array of emotional health models, which were built from learning from many leading experts over many years. But the true catalyst was the deep inner work I did: confronting my own patterns, processing old wounds, and emerging transformed. I’ve done my own work in the messy stuff—really done it. That personal breakthrough is exactly why I’m able to walk alongside people in theirs.
I’m married to my B.A. wife of 19 years, Carly, and I'm also the dog dad to Cheer. I'm a bit of a kid at heart—full of whimsy and curiosity. I live for authentic connection—the kind that happens around dinner tables, bonfires, hot tubs, boats, or riding chairlifts.
At my core, I care about loving people and walking with them as they grow—so they can live the life they were made for, not just the one they’ve been surviving.
